Horrible with follow up, had my vehicle repaired and they had to make some adjustments twice. Then it needed some parts ordered due to their mistake and was told it would be a month or so for the parts to come in, 2+ months now and not a word. Bringing the situation up with my insurer looks like the only way to make some progress happen. Triple check any repairs they do, easily avoidable errors seem like too much to avoid at this G&C. Ryan was point of contact for service. Front desk staff was courteous and professional. Our vehicle had truck lid and rear bumper damage. The weekly communication was on point with updates. There was several setbacks with parts and corrections but that's understandable because nothing can be perfect and everything requires patience. Ryan kept me in loop and got all the parts and corrections worked out. The shop is awesome. Thanks so much for taking care of our vehicle. Highly recommend. GOD BLESS G &C Auto Body. Josh is the GM! He's all talk, but never delivers. I brought my car there for a repair and they kept my car for almost 3 months with the excuse that parts were on back-order or hasn't shipped. I was assigned to a gentleman who was supposed to keep me updated on the repair of my car, but never get back to me every time I leave a message. Once my car was returned after it was supposedly fixed, I noticed there were some parts missing and my fender wasn't installed properly. I brought it back to their attention, they looked at it and said they would call me back once they get the parts in, but I never received any follow-up. My advice, do not go to G&C Auto shop in Fairfield, go to Alioto's!
