In the middle of a road trip, we found a screw in the sidewall of one of our Bridgestone run flat tires. Bay Largaespada kindly assisted us by preordering the replacement tire from the closest Firestone location, and then scheduled the replacement under warranty within three hours. Upon inspection, Bay’s tech inspected for an air leak (none), then carefully removed the screw, rechecked for an air leak, and determined the damage was only superficial, and did not affect the air chamber. I just had work completed at this location after geting a inspection done here with recommendations 3 weeks ago .My overall experience was great both men at the front desk were kind and patient they explained everything in detail. Before having any major work done I would stop by here without an appointment occasionally to get air put in my tires and would be helped without a problem. Yes sometimes it takes longer to get someone on the phone but if you've been here you know it's because there is one guy at front desk that is actually helping customers check in and he is also answering customers questions. This is not a quick oil change stop shop. You should plan to have time to wait or leave and come back after your repair is completed .If possible you should make an appointment they have an a APP where you can do that and more . OVERALL I'm pleased with the service I received and I will be back. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
