What a great experience. I showed up unannounced, straight off the freeway where my car had started making horrible noises, just grateful to find some place open on a Saturday. I walked in and literally said, "I need a Hero." And Bill was! I had all but given up on catching the ferry to attend my reunion, but Bill was quick, cheerful and kind - and he got me there! I missed the 11am sailing, but caught the 1pm boat. Day saved! Color me forever grateful to my new Hero, Bill.

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Bill’s Shop. If there are two professions that I am always weary of it’s dentists and mechanics. Fortunately Bill has given me peace of mind with the latter. Bill has helped us out on so many occasions and has done phenomenal work at a fair price. He has never seemed pushy or made us feel like he was trying to do more than provide quality work. On one occasion he even went out of his way to find a cheaper part to help us save some money. I would have no hesitation bringing my cars to Bill.
