I called yesterday and spoke with Brian. He was professional and to the point. I like direct. I got pricing on a tire alignment for my BMW. His pricing was a fraction of the price of what BMW is currently charging. When I showed up today, he was just as professional and courteous. A nice woman waiting told me they were the best and she was right. The service only took about an hour and the guys in the shop were cool. Thank you again Brian! Since you passed on the coffee, I'll bring you something cool next round!
I have been a customer for years at the Fairfield Tire Pros. Mike Nelson had always taken great care of my vehicles. I am very particular with my vehicle care. At times my vehicles will test any and all automotive technicians. Mike appears to welcome the challenge and figure out the issue. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
