Jeff is a trustworthy hardworking and very knowledgeable mechanic. He has taken good care of my 2005 Range Rover since last year and gone the extra mile. He provides great service and I highly recommend him for your next auto repair.
PT.1 Ive heard good things about this mechanic names Jeff from a good friend of mine so I decided to take the experience myself which wasn’t good. I paid him $2,000 do a oil change & repair a oil leak on my Audi Q7 which he never fixed. After my truck being there for 2 months I took it to a different shop where I was told nothing has attempted to be done. This Jeff character never answers the phone, nor have receipts for new parts just poor customer service over all. He also begged me to write him a 5 star review due another customer giving him a bad one. Dishonest! PT.2 I also had my Maserati at his shop as well & that was a nightmare, this car set 4 months waiting to get a oil change which never happened. When I told him I’ll be picking it up he called me back & said it wouldn’t start TBC............
Jeff is awesome! When I called him he immediately started trying to help me identify what was wrong with my car before I got it towed there. He quickly assessed my cars problem in shop, fixed it and had it back to me within a few days. I sent my husband there while it was being towed there and as soon as my husband got home the first thing he said was, "We're going to Jeff from now on." Jeff was super informative and just a genuine guy! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable mechanic to go here!
