Fair Oaks Auto Repair

This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to in my entire life. All those one stars of “they don’t care”, etc are in my opinion, just a bunch of people who don’t know how phones or businesses work. Very friendly people, will answer any questions. They have honored every warranty and even helped me break into my own car after leaving my keys in it while dropping off. Not their fault you don’t know what you’re talking about. Even though I have a young face, I’ve never felt talked down to at all. Which is hard to come by as a young female in this area particularly when dealing with cars. Thank you to the mechanics (don’t know their names) and a huge, amazing shout out to Emily. She’s just a joy and very professional. High quality service, friendly and efficient front desk, and about half the price of the dealer for similar work. What's not to like?

Can't say enough about how good these guys were for us. Great information , felt like they were honest and not trying to jack me around. I will for sure bring them as much business as I can.
