Mechanic and front desk clerk were very helpful and even stayed 30 mins after closing to get my alternator replaced on late notice or else I'd be stuck in San Diego that day from school.
My mom took her Toyota 4Runner to this business in Escondido to change the brakes. When she received the car back she noticed the brakes felt really weird and they were making a noise almost metal on metal. This was AFTER changing brakes at this business. Ok, no problem she took the car back and they would not fix the issue. She called me to help her and I went in and indeed they were rude and would not do anything about their shoddy work.
