Nightmare! Zero communication, do not make commitments. Try to call for status on my vehicle and I get 1/2 hour holds then hung up on. I try to leave messages and never a call back. I guess they figure that once they have your vehicle hostage that they own you and there’s nothing you can do about it. There clowns are the pits.
I would like to say that I had an amazing service from World Auto. Cesar was the gentlemen that I was assisting me while my car was getting worked on. Cesar notified me with updates and an estimate time line when my car will be ready. Check them!
