I got an oil change here. The shop has the perfect balance of professionalism and grittiness. I called once to schedule the oil change (next day was available) and a second time to check if my car was ready and both times the phone was answered promptly and courteously. Before I left my car with them, I asked about something on my car and the mechanic came over and took a look and asked a few good questions and we figured out what it was. I'm a toyota guy myself and inherited a 2012 2.0T with 100k miles with my wife. I had gone to a previous audi mechanic and I found they were dishonest and trying to force me into fixes I didnt need at costs that were mindboggling. I took my car to Hugos for the first time (recommendation from a friend) and not only were they honest but they know what they are talking about. I work on all of our cars, restore classics and I know when someone is BSing. These guys are great, highly recommend.

Really nice guys, and the service used to be great, but last time I took my two older BMWs in I asked them to change the oil on both and check for any other work that needed to be done but, unfortunately, they failed to notify me of a number of items that were on the verge of failing on both cars.
