Caliber Collision

We recently brought our Toyota 4Runner to Caliber Collision (204 North Coast Hwy, Encinitas CA) in order to repair some scratches to the paint on the front and rear of the vehicle. My wife and I were most pleased to learn that John Gonzalez (Service Advisor) was still assigned to this local, as he had been most helpful with a previous repair to another vehicle that we own. In fact, it was due to John's previous assistance and the overall quality of the completed repairs, that we chose to return to Caliber Collision. Not surprisingly, John exceeded our expectations once again. He rearranged his schedule so that we could drop by the shop for a vehicle assessment, communicated with us throughout the repair process (phone & email) and delivered the vehicle on time and in restored condition.
