The service of the entire staff at Fix Auto Downtown El Monte is incredible! I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for cosmetic repairs as debris on the freeway damaged my front bumper and left headlight. Their work does not disappoint, and you would never know my car had any repairs done! Once my car was ready for pickup, they were kind enough to send me a Lyft. My car went into the shop clean (inside and out) and came out extremely clean. Thanks for the ride and wash! Bring your vehicle here if you enjoy working with compassionate and friendly folks. From start to finish I had a very good experience, I was kept inform throughout the process. Was sent photo of dent to fix, repair, then completion photo. When I picked up vehicle, it was fixed to perfection. Inside of car and outside of car very super clean. I think my car might actually look better than before the dent. I would totally recommended friend and family to have their vehicle repaired here at this shop.
