This place gave subpar customer assistance! First told me before I finish my sentence that I didn't have my tire. But that statement was made before I told them my tire size! Maybe before I even told them what vehicle it was for! They didn't even bother to go check after they got the information from me. I don't know whether everyone in the main office is having a bad day, AT OPENING, but I just don't believe the customer should pay for that.

This is the worst place I’ve ever taken my car too I asked them to change my break pads and rotate my rotors and they didn’t even put a clip on my driver side front wheel so it was making a noise the whole time I took it back and yet they blamed it on me saying it probably fell off while I was driving but the noise started the min I left the shop they took my car in again and. “Fixed it” but all they did was make one noise go away and bring a whole new noise to my car I went back again and told them how It started making another noise they said okay we will rotate the rotors again I said okay fine they gave it back like 5 hours later and it kept making the same noise ! I kept telling them how it kept making the noise and she told me there isn’t anything we can do at this point I!! How are they gonna mess up my car and not fix it worst place ever in the valley !
