STAY AWAY!!! Monrovia is no longer an honest location. Customer service has taken a complete nose dive. The new guy at the front check-in desk is rude and argumentative. Last few times I went in he was dismissive of my questions, aggressive and tried to argue every time in order to upsell ... So much so that I am not comfortable with leaving my car there anymore. Stay away from this location, go to Glendale location for honest service.
Mike and his team are great and work hard to service cars in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this auto shop for all of your needs.
Great guys here at Mountain View tire. All of them are friendly and professional. Definitely coming back for any other repairs or tune ups
