Probably the most professional body shop I’ve been to. I was impressed with how meticulous they were with everything right from the start. I especially liked their transparency. After turning in my car they kept me updated via text messages throughout the whole repair process, letting me know when they were dismantling, painting, expected time of completion, etc. Suzy who works at the front was a pleasure to work with—she was at the forefront of keeping me updated and making sure nothing fell between the cracks. They give a life time warranty for their work, so doubt it’s in their interest to cut corners and do shoddy work. When I got my car back, everything came out solid and like new! Fix Auto took very good care of my car. My rear bumper was damaged and they took very good measures to make the repairs. At the end, my rear bumper looked impeccable. I really liked their customer service. They communicated with me frequently, letting me know step by step and with pictures the process of the repair.
