Had a key fob recalled appointment and when I arrived they told me that didnt have the grease. I was told that that the grease was coming from HQ in Tennessee. I would have to call in two weeks and make another appointment.

I went in at my appointment time. There was a slight wait, but after Paul got it written up; the car to mechanic and I was done on time. Two things: The owner needs to supply better coffee. That instant stuff is an insult and miss represents the dealership and its employees.. second: this was one of those rare times that a dealership did not try to sell me anything beyond what I came in for. Future needs will be addressed in the future.

I give Downey Nissan's Service Center 2 starts because I took my car twice to get fixed due to a squeaky noise it makes when I press on the brakes. . .and both times they tell me "they'll take care of it" but the noise is still there. I've heard stories about how mechanics cheat people. . .especially women to "make money" so if they think jokes on me. . .in reality it's on them. Stealing from people is not a special talent, and eventually there will be a time and day when your strength will not be the same and others will use the same technique you used to make money on you.
