Diamond Hills Collision Center - DB

On August 23 at around 1:45 I called this shop to inquire about possible repairs with my insurance adjustor. When I mentioned that I wanted to also contact another shop the lady taking the call went ballistic over me wanting to shop around. I was yelled at, told that she was too busy to deal with this. She said, "call the other shop and when you make a decision call me but I am too busy," and hung up on. It was ridiculous and the adjustor was also shocked. I am sorry that she decided to go into business but can be upset by the idea that people are not just going to throw money at her shop simply because she is open for business. It was childish and unprofessional, but I was still willing to see about bringing my car in if it was the best fit. After checking the other shop and deciding to go back to Diamond Hills we told the lady that we were the previous call. I was in a car accident 03/21 this was my first call to get the car repaired. I had used them in 2021 during the pandemic. I was told the shop was full and that I could wait till 04/24 to have my car towed and have estimated. Today I called to confirm towing and time. I spoke to Patrick and was told I do not have an appointment. He said he asked around to the other employees and no one remembers the call from a month ago (shocker!) Patrick gave me say speech that shop was full but I could make appointment for June. I’m sure they wouldn’t make another appointment and forget about it again! Right? Obviously I’m going to make another appointment for the end of June because they made the mistake and I’ve wasted enough time. Service: Body & Trim
