Got into a fender bender and wrecked my front bumper. In less than two weeks they were able to bring back my car to life. I left my car dirty inside and out and they gave it to me waxed inside and out with tired dressing. The car looked brand spanking new. Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them. I felt reassured throughout the two weeks. They have a great text messaging system that will keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle. Before and after pics are attached. Caliber doesn’t disappoint. I’ve had work done in several locations and have had a pleasant experience. Parking situation was a little tight at the Covina location but all in all, I was pleased with the service, communication, and on-time delivery. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience.
