Scratched car badly and then denied any wrongdoing. I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. As a veteran myself I noticed this place had a note about being veteran owned, so I supported the business. Unfortunately, the qualities we learn in the military about honor and integrity don’t apply here. I took car in WITHOUT a large scratch on door. When I picked up car, there was a 7 inch vertical scratch on the door (see photo). No one from the shop admitted to it and instead played dumb like they didn’t know how it happened. Not a good experience. I tried to rub out with rubbing compound. It’s a deep scratch. I’ll find a new mechanic.

This location is very professional and has great service. Ray was the gentlemen who took care of my car and he was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this location!
