I LOVE these guys. They know their stuff. I'm a Westy travillin' cruiser and drop in when I'm around to say hello......or when I have a breakdown. They are cool and accomodating. But.... Be ready to break out you're wallet. I could own an Astin Martin and pay the same prices. I love these guys...I get running a business isn't cheap....but it's a hit to the pocket of the average VW lover when you roll in here. Otherwise....good people...care about you....cool spot. They're very honest.....just watch your wallet. But who ever said luvin' a Vee Dub was gonna be cheap! Norm and the entire staff are great and a super resource for any VW type...or problem. Good guys! Go see 'em!

Norm has always gone above and beyond, with kindness and patience. He treats me like I'm special, but somehow I get the feeling that he does that for everyone, so I don't even know how that's possible. Sam is also a pleasure to deal with, and always seems happy to talk to me, even though my car and I have presented them with endless headaches and scheduling challenges.
