I got into (what I thought was) a small fender bender where the side of my car hit some snow. Turns out the damage was far worse than what I was expecting. Angela was the first person I met upon arriving at G+D-right off the batt she was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her passion for her business was both obvious and inspiring. Not only could I wait to drop my car off at the shop until parts arrived, but while my car was being fixed she loaned me one of her cars to use. This was beyond amazing since my insurance does not cover rental cars. I ended up having some insurance problems with coverage of the car repairs and Angela was more than happy to help me get them fixed. She called my insurance multiple times to make sure it was handled and always prominently called me to make sure I was in the loop as well. When I picked up my car she took off $100 from my deductible just as a Christmas present, and offered to help me and/or refer me to anyone else regarding problems with my car. Th

I had a positive experience. It was a reasonable price, and the staff was friendly, and they did a good job. I would definitely come back if God forbid I need body work again.
