Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been driving 48 years as of 2023 and Firestone Costa Mesa, CA was memorably impressive. I needed many things done and they were so honest with me that it was stunning. The work done was PERFECT; all of it. I was pleased to the point that I was in "candystore mode" come the end that I purchased extras at their counter for future autocare...I was that pleased with their concern for my car - thus for me. Johnny was a blast -funny, Joe was great too; seemed like family ASAP, Malek has the customer service routine mastered. His full name translates to mean, "King / Servant". That struck me anew as I realized that that is exactly how Malek treats you; the customer, like a king AND he is here to serve you. There are literally thousands of auto related businesses in the Los Angeles basin. If you are looking for somewhere to outdo Firestone Costa Mesa, good luck. I don't think you will find it.

Never coming back and writing a report to their corporate over the filthy condition they left my cream leather interior in. I brought them a perfectly clean car that was freshly detailed only two days earlier, yet after a simple alignment job they returned the vehicle to me with black smudges all over the door, steering, and shift knob. I’ve never had my car destroyed like this by any other mechanic or shop, but Firestone apparently thought they’d do something unique to stand out. Even after a steam cleaning (I went straight back to my detailer) the leather is not the same with visible black smudges. The window sill was the absolute worst. Probably left with filing a claim now and my advice is simply to never use this shop.

I came in with a tire that kept losing air, bc the tires were so old according to the associate, he wouldn't deal with them. So the only solution that was provided to me was to purchase two new tires at a discounted cost of $427. I left here thinking that it wouldn't come to this, especially since I have bought tires through the same company. I seek out a second opinion at a tire shop and had my tire repaired for $30, and when given the estimate of what a new tire would cost (not that I needed it after all the unnecessary stress), the least expensive was $99 and the most expensive was $200 each. So needless to say I am NEVER going back to this Firestone location, zero empathy and dishonest service or lack thereof.
