I had left it at a local dealership, and they had just quoted me for repairs at almost as much as the value of the car. I was in a tough spot, as I don't live in the area, but the car did. While speaking to the proprietor, Rocky, about my situation, he made a compelling offer: he would pick up the car from the dealership I had left it at, and Bimmer and Benz Specialists would perform an inspection and make an offer to buy the car from me themselves.
