Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I called during lunch to ask if they had availability for an oil change. They told me to come right on down and Tire Choice called me within 2 hours letting me know they were done. I was very happy with the time it took for my oil change- I've waited several hours for my car to get done for an oil change, and most importantly, the guys who helped me today (I don't remember their names ????) were lovely and they had great customer service. Thank you Tire Choice! I will be returning when I need more work on my car done!

You know what, I’ve gone here for years. These are the only ones I have let change the tires on my mustang. Last time I was there, maybe 2 weeks ago I went to put 4 new tires on my car. And an alignment. My car was there all day. Not only did they not finish my alignment because they didn’t want to stay an extra 30 min but they then told me my rim was hella bent. Looked like from taking off or putting on tire. They said it has been like that. But this is the only place I’ve taken my car too. I will most likely never come back here.

Clayton rd location. Nice manager, bad employees. I have been using this local business for years. But the past 3 visits have been awful. They told us it would take an hour and kept the car all day all three times. Twice for new tires once for an alignment. On one tire change, they changed the spare when asked not to and want me to pay to pull the tire back off to install the tpms sensor they missed. On my alignment the steering was crooked after and they didn’t tighten the skid plate bolts which then fell out and left my skid plate hanging. My tires were wearing funny so I took it to the dealer for a proper alignment. They showed me how bad the first alignment was and explained that they also left the lower control arm bolts loose. I cant believe I thanked and tipped the tech.
