Brought my car in because they were a AAA approved auto body repair shop. My car was done in a week when every other shop was quoting a month before they could even look at it. The day I got it back I noticed at night the headlight on the side that was hit was still sitting low-I called the next morning and they took care of it immediately. (I don’t think they actually forgot to fix it/did it wrong-it was probably within spec, but way lower than I was used to.) Everybody I talked to was also very patient and friendly. I'm giving this shop 5 stars to nullify the below review by a Rob Frost, who gave the shop a 1 star simply because they were taking their lunch when he visited. Come on, Frost, you can't get mad at them for taking a long lunch, maybe it was someone's birthday. Their hours of operation are their prerogative, and have nothing to do with the quality of their work.

Best work environment I ever worked with. I miss working for charlie and the guys there. All the work performed there is top notch quality that is unmatched by any other shop. I learned alot working there it was great!- from Ryan
