Mercury insurance referred me to them. I took my car there Aug 19th 2022 it is now Dec 1st 2022 and I still have not received my car back. They claim parts are on back order. Customer service rep gives me the run around every time I call. When ever I ask to speak To the manager she says he’s on lunch or the other line and I will receive a call back and I never do. Mikes Auto Body on Via De Mercardos did an excellent job repairing the scrape on my bumper! Even did it within 1 day and a half! When they quoted it would take 3 days to repair. So that was great news to me! The ladies in the front desk that helped me out were very helpful and understanding, even when my insurance company had issues they were patient with me. I forget what their names were but they were great gals! Also Duane was very professional in explaining the work that was done. And a very nice guy all around! Thank you! ???? Service: Painting

I am a 40 years old, and I know I look young. On my visit to get an estimate I was treated as if they were doing me a favor. Both receptionist that greeted me were very impersonal rolling heir eyes at me and honestly did not seem to want my business. I even asked them if I was bothering them by asking for an estimate, and was told that they were busy (with the one other person in room) and would get to me when they could. I understand being busy and would accept having to wait, but with they're overall attitude I didn't feel I had to put up with as a first time customer. I went to a nearby auto shop after and was treated very well as a new customer and they were pretty busy as well but had a very respectful and curtious greeting. Don't do Mike's Auto Body a favor and give them your business unless you have to. Thank you
