Great service and support. I appreciated the explanation of all the services that needed to be done as well as the confirmation of those services when I picked up my car. I especially appreciated the car wash!!! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Javier was really great, communicative and super friendly. This is my go to a Honda location for maintenance and any issues that need diagnostics. Appointments are easy to schedule and the staff is very timely. I’ve used the shuttle service previous as well and it’s very convenient. Highly recommend! After months of trying to get warranty work done at Concord Honda, they finally finished my car's paint work. When I got the car back, it was full of black fingerprints so I had to take it in again to get those removed. This process only took a few hours and they were quite responsive and empathetic. This is why they got 3 stars out of me. I'm not a fan of Concord Honda and will not be purchasing a car there anytime soon. Their follow up and QC are lacking.
