I was calling to different shops for an estimate because I wanted to get a good price on fixing my brakes/rotors since my car was shaking and I have my baby daughter with me all the time. The guy on the phone told me he couldn’t give me one over the phone but he gave me a good explanation as to why. I ended up making an appointment and taking my car in for an estimate but after the inspection, they realized that the shaking was not coming from the brakes like I assumed. It was actually a more complicated issue and low fluids. Thankful that I was there for the process. They showed me the issues, sent pictures to my phone, and explained what they recommended I do. Very thankful to have found this place. I really felt like they took their time to take care of me and just gave me a good sense of safety for me and my daughter. The folks at Proshop Automotive were excellent to me and my truck. The fast turnaround and first rate attention to getting my truck fixed. They didn't try to sell me on a bunch of parts I didn't need. And they easily could have with my fuel supply issue. $500 and a couple days and I had my truck back. And they changed my oil. Saved me at least $1000 bucks easily. Thank you

I went to Proshop after taking my truck to other shops. I had issues at other places and one of my friends recommended me to them. Their prices are a bit higher than others in the area and further south, but they definitely give you a valuable service. Their system keeps you up to date with pictures and recommendations, the office staff is always professional, and they are clear about the services they provide. I know enough about servicing my truck that I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage or pull a fast one on me. Highly recommend this place.
