Amazing service and helped me while I was on the side of the road with two flat tires.

Jesus our savior!! He was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable! My tire went flat and we put on the spare donut but knew we couldn’t get home with it. It was late when I called to see if he carried the tire my car needed and he went out of his way to find it for us. We were able to meet up and we were back on the road within 30 minutes. Jesus was a consummate professional…the epitome of customer service. I was on my way to lake Havasu for Memorial Day weekend when I blew a tire on my RV. I called AAA for assistance as I have their Premium RV service. After 2 hours of waiting l, called AAA back and they informed me they did not have a technician available. I started searching the internet for help. I found Drive2u tire and repair. The reviews convinced me to call. I explained my situation and tire size to Jesus. He informed he he had two gently used tires in my size and would be en route to help me. He arrived within 25 minutes and changed two tires and put my spare on. In total…he changed three tires for me. The price was more than reasonable given the service of him driving to me, taking two tires off, going back to his shop to utilize his machines and drive back to me to install them and then swap my spare; all on a holiday weekend.
