In the past we had great service. This time around the communication was very poor, never keeping us informed. Part backordered took almost 4 months to get our vehicle back. If it wasn’t for my husband calling LKQ and tracking down a part that could be used we probably still wouldn’t have our vehicle. There was no urgency on their side, no empathy for the delays. Once we got car back it broke down immediately and had to go back to shop which caused more delays not to mention Geico refusing to pay for that repair. Horrible, horrible experience.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my whole experience was! My car was rear ended and had to have the whole trunk replaced. They did a magnificent job! My car was a bit rare and I was worried they wouldn’t be able to get parts or have to piece it together. But they were able to get parts in a timely manner and repair it to its original state! I was so happy and pleased with the work. They had my rental ready when I dropped car off and took care of it when I brought it back. 10/10! The team from the front desk to the repair guys were amazing and the communication and detail was again 10/10! I would recommend this shop to everyone I know.
