They were absolutely great! A neighbor backed into my car and caused some significant body damage. I got quotes from three places. This one was the middle quote, and I went with them because Chad and Brenda were both really helpful at explaining the damage, the process, what my options were, and how to handle insurance. Dealing with insurance became a bit of a dance, especially since the repair cost was getting close to totalling out the car. It worked out in the end, and Chad and Brenda were super helpful all along the way. My car came back looking great, but I'm even more pleased with the service and knowledge I gained during this process. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thanks, guys!

Update: Another perfect repair job. Thanks! Chad is a perfectionist. Which is exactly what you want when your car is having body work done. If you have your car repaired here it'll be fixed right. It's always a bad day when you need a body shop. Don't make it worse by going to a shop that puts the insurance company's interests ahead of their customers'.

A big rig swiped the side of my car and based off of the good rating I decided to give Nor Cal Body shop a chance. Chad who I believe was the owner was really helpful and really inspired confidence that things would turn out well. Short story shorter I received my car and it came out looking so beautiful that I had to write this review. My car came out looking like a mirror from the quality work they provided.
