Excellent service, got me what I wanted at a fair price. Jacob knows his stuff and was great ????

Always there for me at this location. Can't say the same for the other les Schwab's cause most in the area do not care about the customers like they do. Ps I've been to 9-10 locations in the sac metro area and this is my fav.

This morning I took my van out to the lake to go exploring it’s my kids. Driving down a regular road my tire somehow went flat within maybe a minute. I couldn’t see a nail or anything so I had a feeling the tire would have to be replaced. So before I called a tow truck, I called here. I spoke with Rita (sp?) and she checked to make sure they had the tire, but also did to check to make sure it didn’t need just a patch in the notes. I told her I’d be in as soon as I could. Tow truck took a few hours but I finally made it to Les Schwab and she had been waiting for me. They fixed it up with 30 minutes for me. I did need a new tire, but I couldn’t be more thankful for these workers at Les Schwab. They helped me so fast and one less thing to stress about in an already stressful situation. This is my tire place now.
