Had a wonderful experience with an oil change and let me know a couple of things that I didn't know as far as necessary information that I needed to know about my car which was helpful to know, the team members who helped me were excellent. Hailey, Edwin, and another team member who asked me some questions about my vehicle all did a great job. Hailey gave me lots of helpful information about what I needed to understand of what was checked, they went ahead and filled my oil, and helped me understand what needed to be checked and what it means. I didn't feel out of the loop or confused because everything was explained to me. I didn't need to ask many questions because it was all answered for me which made it easy to understand. They gave me a decent price as I was quoted $70 something at another shop but came here instead as it was the better deal and then found a $10 deal which Hailey helped me locate on the phone before I took a visit. The $10 off made a huge difference to my total and

They did the oil change, and replaced my cabin and air filter. Seemed fine, but started hearing rattling from our ac the next day. Took the cabin air filter out and found debris in the fan. The filter was installed improperly and crimped, nearly folded in half. Headed back to have them give me a new one and the technician told me they couldn't give me a new one and sometimes "they just look like that". She made a futile attempt to bend it back and put it back incorrectly again. I took it apart, seeing how the problem was the same, I bought and installed a new one myself. The fact that they don't guarantee their service and can't install an air filter properly is horrendous. I have no faith in them anymore. They should rethink their policies.
