Goodyear Auto Service

Tom, the service manager at Goodyear goes above and beyond expectations considering I have to bring my Fleet vehicle in for service on a monthly basis and he has consistently been shorthanded upfront, whether it be fielding phone calls, appointments, or walk-in customers. Tom is clearly doing his BEST with the tools provided him, and couldn't imagine how much better he could do for Goodyear with the proper staffing. Just a consistent regular customer's observation. ~Thanks Tom~

I don't know what happened to this locations service but it's real bad now. Ordered tires a week in advance they didn't make it in for my appointment and never got a call to reschedule so I came for nothing. Had to wait another week on top of that for them to order it again. Then when they installed my new tires they broke a the TPMS sensor. They ran the tool on the computer and said it would turn off after I drove it a couple miles. I drove 500+ miles that day and it never turned off. I had to go to the dealership and spend 275 $ to fix something they broke. Go to another goodyear shop. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Had a slow leak on my Goodyear tire. They fixed it and rotated my tires. No charge. They were all Goodyear tires. Very nice people
