I took my vehicle here because it’s a AAA auto repair shop and because of the good reviews, however, my review is based on my experience. I took my vehicle for a minor service, asked for a fair quote over the phone and agreed to the price. When I got there they changed what they agreed to and wanted to charge significantly more. They also did an assessment on the vehicle which shows significant incompetence for their ability to inspect vehicles. They said that some things didn’t work when they do in fact work, they said that some parts needed to be replaced when I just purchased and installed the parts. So, I just had them do the minor issue and took my vehicle to a different mechanic. The other shop had online coupons and I had the other shop do most of the work. I’m very disappointed that this shop has the AAA approved facility when it’s not competent. I guess they increase their prices to make up for the AAA discount. I will take my vehicle to another shop from now on. All I asked w
