Lee and his team did an amazing job repainting my the roof and hood of my 2012 Tacoma. No corners were cut and the job was done the right way, the first time. Great communication via text/photo and video message every step of the way. This shop is setting the new standard of customer service for the auto body industry. I’ve taken my car to Ly several times over the years (yes, some might say I’m a bad driver to need his services so often, but that’s besides the point.) Ly is always super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. This last time my car needed a part that was back ordered for 3 weeks, so Ly sent his manager to San Diego to pick it up and worked late to get my car up and running again as soon as possible. He always goes above and beyond!

Had rust on the bottom of my hatch repaired, and some peeling on my roof. Wasn't perfect the first time, but they acknowledged it and redid the whole thing! No short cuts taken. They even do extra, ie I had a crack on my roof that I didn't mention but they saw and patched it, my whole hatch was redone (not just the bottom where the rust was), and I think they even vacuumed the inside! Fair pricing as well, no surprises.
