Pep Boys

I have been coming to this current location for over six years. This past Saturday what’s the last straw for coming to this location, even considering not using Pep Boys anymore due to the lack of customer service. They told me that I needed to wait till Wednesday to talk to a supervisor since something was missing from my vehicle. Need to revamp the management team. This location is not worth going back again.

I purchased my four new tires from Pep Boys. After three months, one of them was flattened by a nail. I thought that was not due to defection and it might not be covered by warranty. But I brought my vehicle to the shop and gave it a try. Yes they repaired it free of charge. I consider it excellence of service.

Great service. Thank you guys for taking care of business. You still got the old school service that we need. Stand up gentleman. Much respect. My daughter is one happy camper with her AC running.
