I recommend this body shop in Ceres California. They were fast and they did the best job I have ever seen. We’ve had a few accidents in our lifetime and I’ve never seen a job just like this I recommend five stars to Experct Auto Collision.

HORRIBLE! Stay away!! I am now having to change my 5 star review to what I wish could be a zero star. I have used expert auto twice. The first was great which I am now assuming because I went through my auto insurance. My second and last time, I decided I did not want to go through insurance and just pay cash. You’d think they would have great service for cash paying customers but NOPE! I was told, if I had my car there Wednesday, I’d have it back Friday. Well Friday came and went, no communication. Finally, Wilam returned my call and said they were waiting on a part. After that, he started ignoring my calls and texts, I had to start calling him from different/ blocked numbers. Come to find out, the part they were waiting for was my bumper, that’s the whole reason I took it in. They had my car sitting there for over a week and hadn’t started on it. I told him I was going on vacation and needed a car. He rushed the job and gave it back to me half fixed. This whole experience was unpleas
