I had brought my car here because I realized it was probably going to be the cheapest place to get 4 tires mounted balance + 4 wheel alignment. Everything was great and fast except when I realized the directional tires were wrong with the rear, the guy stripped almost all of my rear lug nuts because he used a 21.5mm socket on my 21mm lug nuts. Additionally I saw the issue I pointed it out when I saw the worker a sledgehammer onto the socked on my wheels. I realized once I got home that he had chipped my powder coated rims with the sledgehammer. At first I didn’t care about the lugs since I saved enough on the service to buy a whole set of new ones and the some, but the worker with gauges in his ears damages my rims for sure. (Disclaimer: they were already a little damaged so I didn’t decide to seek actions on it). This being said, you get what you pay for.. I can’t say for sure it was intentional but they did try to argue with me about the directional tires and I believe it could have

Great customer service, I needed a tire and called them and they help me pick the best product price was reasonable and the waiting time was only 15 minutes. They took me right away. I recommend this place specially for women because they give you info about products and what you need.

I was up here for work and noticed decreasing air pressure in my left rear tire. They did a thorough inspection by checking air pressure, filling the tire to 60 psi and submerging it in water. They didn’t find a leak and didn’t try to upsell me. I appreciate the honesty and friendly service!
