Tim did a fantastic job rescuing the 2012 Mercedes E350 Bluetec lemon I bought from a shady dealer. He replaced the excessively stretched timing chain and found and repaired a huge leak from the power steering pump. I called around all the shops in the area and even the Mercedes speciality shops did not want to touch this job on or work on a diesel. Tim has great attention to detail, is very fair about billing, and is very honest. He has a can do attitude and is more than willing to take time to educate his customers. Tim is great! He is thorough, fast knowledgeable and honest. He also doesn't try to sell you on anything you may not need. He takes the time to break down in detail what needs to be done, why it needs to be done and how he gets his estimate. Our Jeep needed new brakes and he actually beat his own estimate by a decent amount of money.
