I went to get an oil change and they told me I needed a new serpentine belt that mine was going bad to change before it broke. Which I appreciate it since I do work 2 jobs and I am constantly driving to and from work kids to school and elsewhere. Well I went out purchased a new belt went to the mechanic to have it replaced all to for them to remove my belt then come and ask me if I really wanted to change it. So I proceeded to ask "well yes I was told I needed to replace it, don't I?" "Well, No actually you don't ..yours is still in good shape" as they showed it to me. My belt was still in really good shape that I didn't need it replaced. Wasted money because I still had to pay the labor for them removing it .. smh wasted money. They are good at changing oil but their employees need to be trained on components of an engine for them to give advise of a needed replacement. If they're only trained in changing oil... Stick to that part of the engine. The quality of oil and quantity that is

Friendly, polite, understanding, respectful, and patient to the service I needed. I went there because I needed an oil change. The told me of my small oil leaks from the oil pan and the seal of the transmission. I thanked them for the heads up.
