Quick, efficient, and professional oil change. I didn’t time it, but it felt like I was only there for maybe 20 minutes start to finish, so it was very easy to get in and out and on with my day. Service: Oil change
Greeted professionally and courteously within the first two minutes of my arrival. Team member set clear expectations of my timing. And in fact finished before they had anticipated. Professional/ efficient all around. Great job guys! ????????
Polite and courteous mechanics on site. The work done was within the time frame that was promised, which was an oil and filter change within an hour. I noticed that the mechanics were not pushy in upselling additional services and I felt comfortable staying in the waiting room/customer lounge. Although the customer lounge is minuscule compared to other shops, the room was neat and there was no bad smell. There are a couple of places to eat within a 2-minute walking distance so waiting for the task to finish is bearable. .
