Be aware! They will rip you off! We came in to get an oil change for my wife's car. We explained to the manager, there was a problem from the 1st time we came in for auto service. He proceeded to tell us he would change the oil himself and do a good job! He lied and had another employee do his work! The employee never tightened the oil filter or the oil pan nut! My wife's car leaked oil all over our driveway! So we had our personal mechanic warn us from places like this!
I like their free courtesy or inexpensive car care services. Price quality is better than dealers. Great online record for all my cars. Conveniently located near my home and everywhere as I travel.
My biggest attraction at Firestone is the “lifetime alignment service”. replaced my tires here. Added one more car to lifetime alignment service. Always great service. Have had no problems here.
