Super nice place , Proctor who helped me is very nice, patience and explained without hesitation every question I had, if anyone has issues with Mercedes I highly recommend this place, they will take a deep look into ur vehicle and tell any problem that might have, and give suggestions of what is best. The tools they use are very precise. Also experience makes a huge difference. And remember if it's cheaper it wont last , just give it a try to this guys at benztec. I personally will go again. Thank you for the great service guys.

Bottom line they had my car one day short of a month and didn’t fix it. They are friendly and didn’t attempt to charge me anything when my patience finally wore out and I picked up my car. Very poor communication, like zero communication and absolutely no urgency to get my car repaired. I find all the perfect reviews very suspect. Claiming they didn’t service my car is fitting. Any other cars sitting in your shop for a month? CLK 550 Engine control unit… Your site says you do that repair… I was assured you could do the repair. One month. Nothing. I was trying to be nice but your response is pathetic…
