My experience wasn't good at all, will not go to the Beaumont location again. I requested brakes all around on my wife car because that what it needed. The service tech said we will do a throughel inspection and let you know. Prior to picking up the car i received a call saying I needed front brakes. If the inspection was completed why wasn't i told when i was at the location .My fault for not looking at the total amount of brake pads on the invoice.

I took my daughter’s car Nissan Sentra in for brakes service on Wednesday 11/22. I did not expect the cost was going to be as much, so I asked Fernando to hold off until Friday to get words from my daughter for an okay. I got the okay from my daughter to fix it, I called right back talked to Michael at about 5pm Fernando just left. I asked Michael to pass on it is okay to fix the car on Friday.. unfortunately, this message never passed on, Saturday I called and coming to pick up the car, and the brakes never get fixed. My daughter about to leave for work and no car. I have to drive her to work. What a disappointed!!
