The entire Staff from Management to Technicians are great, they truly care about their Customers. My vehicle had a very problematic Air Conditioning problem that went on and on for months. Junior and his crew were always ready to make things right. White Lane Automotive stands behind their work. Bill who I think is the Senior Technician is patient and very courteous. Honest, fair, thorough. I took my car to many places on same day and was given various high quotes and told I needed work I didn't actually need. Steve took the time to look at my car and gave me an honest assessment and only charged me for their time after seeing that my car was actually in good shape, it was just in need of an easy fix. I would have wasted so much money at the other mechanics (I received 3 other incorrect quotes) and they wouldnt have even fixed the real problem. Thank you guys! Definitely recommend and will be using for any needs in the future.
