Fast Auto Service

I have never seen a service like this from a repair shop. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to shop for any and all repairs. My truck broke down on the freeway. I was able to limp it safely off the freeway. I made numerous calls to get my truck fixed. Everyone either said it would be a week or could not help. Until I called and spoke to Liz @ Fast Auto. They said they would make room for me and to bring it in. After AAA dropped the ball and took over 3 hours to pick up the truck, the owner, Jorge, still took it in and made it a priority to get it fixed. They diagnosed my truck, got the parts, and made all necessary repairs and had me back on the road by 5 pm that same day, Friday, as they were closed for the weekend. For a company to provide a service for some random travelers to the level they provided is unheard of in today's society. My vehicle was overheating on the 99 during a long road trip. We found Fast Auto and the wonderful Jorge and his team and thank god we did. He found all the parts and repaired our vehicle in about 2 hours. I highly recommend for fast and friendly service and a fair price.

10 Stars! Every positive review is spot on! cannot thank Jorge and Fast Auto enough! We over heated coming over grapevine and were stranded overnight at a motel off the interstate. Had it towed in the morning, needed a waterpump replaced. Got there at 8am and we were right back on the road at 10:30am. Truly the best mechanic experience we have ever had.
