The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain to me, the bodywork that was needed to repair my car. I also, like that the receptionist called the rental car company for me to be picked up. The bodywork was completed on time and they did an excellent job with the repairs. They made my first insurance claim go so smoothly and no stress.

I wish I could give them a one star. I will never ever use this business again. They are liars. They do not keep in touch with you. They they like to keep your car as long as they can. They have had my wife’s car for five months. I understand that it’s hard to get parts. But come on at least keep in touch they get zero stars from me. They are worthless

They do good work but if you use the downtown location be prepared for long delays. They have no customer service and seldom answer their phone. People to talk about your car are a tough to impossible thing. They work on their own time. Service: Body & Trim
