Horrible. Took my car in for a fuel pump. Told him "Replace my fuel pump". Swore he could have it done same day. Called at closing and they hadn't even looked at it. I dropped it off at 11am. Next morning calls and says my fuel pump is out and it will be $550 to replace it plus $80 for the diagnostic. I did not need a diagnostic I told him exactly what needed to be done. Had my car towed to another shop and it was $180 total. Horrible experience, highly recommend using another shop.
Amazing!!! He has taken care of my car for 1 1/2 years now. I’m so grateful for his knowledge and willingness to get the job done. And extremely fair on the pricing for the work completed. Thank you Brenda and Frank
