Never coming back here again..Charged me over $1,000 just to get my brakes checked out and fixed..$500 for the labor and $500 for parts. Brake pads, rotors, wheel bearings, and brake fluid for 1 grand on an 02 s10. And even still they did a bad job because the brakes were already giving out after about 2 to 3 thousand miles. They started squeaking and were already giving out about a month later. I also had some work done on my car which needed new cables and the exhaust needed to be welded since it was falling. That was another $600 there. If I could, I would have taken my vehicles to any other location than here. I learned my lesson and hope no one else makes the mistake of coming here.

The motor in my Rav 4 was knocking and I knew it was serious. I had it towed to Pep Boys as I felt they would give me an honest answer plus they advertise free estimate. Well, it sat at Pep Boys all weekend because the free estimate went to $ 80.00. I called Steve but he was not in; so Jason took my information, had it loaded on another tow truck; which I did not have pay for at that time; and I did not have to go with the car either. Since, I was working that day; it allowed me to continue with my job. Total Pleasant Experience * with no * Charge for the Consultation and some Good Advise too !!!!! I went in thinking I had to get electrical work done after replacing my passenger front headlight twice and it going out yet again. The service tech told me it was just one little fuse and fixed it right then and there and it was farrr less expensive than I anticipated! Good job guys. ????
