I am changing my rating for this business due to having f/up problems with their services. First of all there was a problem with the bumper they had installed on my Toyota Rav 4, it did not fit properly and when I picked up my vehicle I mentioned that to the advisor who helped me and he let me know my insurance does not pay original Toyota parts and that I had to contact my insurance company and bring it up to them. I learned from my insurance adjuster that staff at Calliber could contact them and let them know the problem and they would authorize the better bumper it was normal for them to get calls to fix issues like this. I was pretty upset that I was misinformed. Next I a driving out of town on the freeway and hear a constant clicking sound as if something is hitting against the metal of the car. We proceed to stop at a gas station and realize theirs a part or clip that attaches and holds the bumper to the car, it has a screw that needed to be tightened, it cane off and is dangling

Very rude and unprofessional phone receptionist. His name was Daniel. I called to make an appointment to get my car quoted, I let him know that the insurance company had already mailed me a check based on their estimate and would need to know if it would be more so that they can mail me the remaining amount. He told me I needed to send him an email copy of the estimate, So I sent him the page with the insurance name and estimate they gave me, he then emailed back saying to send him the workfile id(which was on top of the paper), just to be safe, I emailed him a copy of the rest of the pages and let him know that the workfile id is on the top right of all of the pages. He calls the next day being rude and saying that they’re going to have my car for a long time, that they won’t give it back to me for a long time because he doesn’t know when the insurance would pay him(which I had already let him know that they had already mailed me a check and I’ve received it already). Then started goi
